While riding shotgun, are you deceived by your car’s tightly sealed glasses to believe that you are in a private space? Be aware, cause these windows are like a frame of a photo, presenting you to the rest of the world to observe. Using the Canon 5D Mk II with a 70-200mm lens, I captured passengers in cars on the Packard’s Corner in Allston, MA. Some of them did not notice my existence. Some of them saw me and made funny interactions. Looking at these images, feel free to answer these questions: Who are they? What are they doing? Where are they heading to?...

Film photography has attracted a group of photographers who are born by the turn of the century, even though digital photography has taken dominance. Using the Mamiya 7 camera and Kodak Potra 400 film, I created three series of portraits of young photographers working on their final exhibition of the Photo Practicum class at Emerson College. Accompanied with short self-narrative audio about their creating process and experience with film photography, I wish the audiences to learn more behind the scene of their lovely creation.
